WHAT IRRITATES CHILDREN'S SKIN AND NATURAL REMEDIES
Children's skin is delicate and sensitive. Here we have collected some causes of irritation followed by some remedies that prevent and neutralize them with a natural approach.

NAPPY
The mother of all baby skin problems. Redness, irritation, and itching are the order of the day, and on the most delicate skins, they can turn into more severe issues such as blisters and real ulcers. The remedy could be to use washable nappies or ecological disposable nappies, changing nappies frequently, rinsing with lukewarm water as much as possible (avoiding the use of soaked wipes as much as possible).

INTENSE COLD
Children's skin can crack and redden due to the cold. In this case, it is crucial not only to treat the affected areas but also to prevent the problem with suitable clothing, such as the natural fabrics used by CORAhappywear and good moisturizing.

INSECTS AND STINGING PLANTS
If your children are often in contact with nature, some stinging experiences are inevitable. Using repellents, perhaps plant-based is a good measure of caution, but it is not always possible to avoid insect bites or irritation caused by stinging plants. Even in these cases, actual pharmacological treatment is not usually necessary, but a cream based on natural ingredients is sufficient to stop scratching.

SUN
The sun can be very harmful, which is why the utmost caution must be exercised: specific sun creams, protective clothing, and attention to the times when the sun is at its strongest. But even if you take these kinds of precautions, your skin may be dry or slightly reddened in the evening. In this case, also to prevent itching or tingling, it is fundamental to rehydrate, nourish, and calm the skin with a product that is safe for sensitive skin, and perhaps also environmentally friendly.

FOOD
Food is perhaps the most delicate of things that irritate children's skin. The appearance of redness, itching, or blisters after eating, especially in the mouth and hands, can indicate a real allergic reaction, which should be addressed by a pediatrician. But in many cases, it is an irritation caused by certain foods. In this case, it is usually sufficient to apply a cream with plant extracts with calming and soothing properties.

SWEAT
Sweat can cause irritation, blistering, burning, and redness, especially in skin folds or when associated with rubbing by clothing. To overcome these minor problems, it is best to avoid using powdered products on children, which could be inhaled or clog pores, in preference to creams or gels.
