Shipping costs

Shipping costs are summarized in the order.

In Italy they amount to €4.90 and for orders over €100 they are free.

In Germany and Austria they amount to €10 and for orders over €100 they are free.

In Belgium, Denmark, Holland and France they amount to €12.90 and for orders over €150 they are free.

We offer express services and standards for the international and national territory, from envelopes to pallets. Our strength is to be fast in delivering, reliability in solving any problems and competitive price. We have more than 380 satisfied customers all over the country. Express4u, express courier will follow your shipment and will become proactive in case of criticality. It will send an email with the tracking number and average assistance.

To check the status of the order just follow the instructions of the mail sent by X4U at the time of shipment. The mail contains the number of traceability to be entered on the site of the courier who takes care of transporting the package. It is possible to access the site at any time to see where the package is located whether it is national or international orders.

        It is possible to place an order by appointment, paying an extra charge of 5€.
        Returning a product has an impact on our planet in terms of transport, which is why we encourage you to consult our 'Size Guide' and contact us if you want to be more confident about the fit of our garments before making your purchase. 
        You can return or exchange items received within 14 working days after receipt of the goods.
        CORA SRL / GmbH only accepts returns or exchanges if the products have no signs of use and if the labels and tags are in their original place.

        Returns are at the end consumer's expense. We therefore ask you to send us your return by a courier of your choice.

        In the event of a refund, this will be made for the amount corresponding to the value of the goods themselves, taking into account any promotions or discounts at the time the order was placed. 

        The refund will be made after the return has been received and the goods and order have been checked. The credit will also be made in the same way you paid (e.g. if you pay with PayPal, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account).
