Purchase orders

If you wish to buy one or more products shown on corahappywear.com, you can select them one at a time and add them to your shopping cart. Once you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, you can close your shopping cart and place your order. At this point you will see a summary page of the products you have selected, their price and delivery options (with related costs). You will be asked to choose your preferred solution for delivery, transport and payment method.
At the top right and at the bottom of the same page you will find the "Checkout" button, which you must click to place your order.
Your order will then be considered as your contractual proposal to CORA srl for the products listed. Upon receipt of your order, we will automatically send you an e-mail to take charge of the order ("Order Receipt E-mail") which, however, does not constitute acceptance of your purchase proposal. The sales contract with CORA srl will be concluded when we send you a separate e-mail accepting your purchase proposal, which will also contain information regarding the shipment of the product and the expected delivery date ("Shipment Confirmation E-mail"). It is without prejudice to the right of withdrawal to the terms and conditions set out in art. 2 below.

Order status

Once payment has been made your order will be in preparation. When the package will be collected by the courier you will receive a confirmation email.

To check the status of your order simply follow the instructions of the email sent by X4U at the time of shipment. In fact, the email contains the tracking number to be inserted on the website of the courier who is responsible for transporting the package. It is possible to access the site at any time to see where the parcel is located, both for national and international orders.

If you prefer to pay on delivery you can take advantage of the cash on delivery payment with an extra charge of €5.00.
