HOW TO ORGANISE THE BAG FOR THE WALKS WITH YOUR BABY
Walking around without forgetting anything
Always carrying a bag with the bare essentials is essential for new mothers, and having it ready at all times and not forgetting anything is even more so.
Often new mothers find themselves going out in a hurry, either because it is the only way to calm their little one or because, between one feeding and one too many changes, they have accumulated delays.
Keeping the necessary items ready near the entrance so that they don't have to waste precious time preparing them is a solution that makes life easier for new mothers by lightening their mental load. Going out in a hurry and packing your bag at the last minute often leads to the feeling that you have forgotten something and, unfortunately, you realize when it is too late.
But what should you keep in your bag? And when to pack it?
If you are a new mum (or if you are about to become one) the following tips are for you.

THE BACKPACK FOR SHORT OUTINGS

There will be times when you only go out for a short time, just enough time for shopping or a walk to get him to sleep. For these outings, you won't need much, a backpack with the bare essentials for you and him/her will be enough.
The following items are essential for your baby: a nappy + a changing mat with wipes, a dummy, and a bib. If feeding time is approaching and you are not breastfeeding, you should also include a bottle and everything you need.
For you, mum, always keep your wallet (even if it is only 10 euros for a drink at the bar and a newspaper), tissues and water.

*The backpack/small clutch bag can be inserted into the bag for longer outings, see how you are more comfortable.

THE BAG FOR LONGER OUTINGS

Prepare a bag/backpack for longer trips away from home.
Don't forget all your changing essentials: nappies, wipes, portable changing mat/traverse, travel sizes cleanser and cream, 2 dirty change bags, and a full change (even 2 or 3 if you'll be out all day).
Prepare and bring with you what you need for feeding and a couple of bibs.
Complete the baby section with a dummy and dummy holder and two muslins.
And for your mum? Water, snacks, sunglasses, tissues, wallet, and a spare T-shirt (the unexpected is always just around the corner!).
Also, if you're out walking with the pram or pushchair, remember an extra blanket, a rain cover, and a sling or baby carrier to keep your baby in contact with you if he or she gets tired of lying down.

WHEN TO PACK YOUR BACKPACK AND BAG
In the evening, before dinner, or before going to bed, do a bag check: remove dirty things and replace them with clean ones.
Remember to update the changes in the bag according to the seasons and your child's growth rate. A good way to get at least one thing out of the way would be to choose some clever items, such as the Eucalyptus fiber bodysuit 0-24 months: a single bodysuit that you can keep in your bag at all times, in every season, from 0 to 24 months.

Print out the checklist and hang it up next to the bags: checking that everything is there will be even easier! CORA check list
